You can choose any "medium to high quality" delivery codec optimized for bandwith efficiency. We strongly recommend the H.264 format (also known as AVC and JVT). It deliver DVD quality at about half the data rate of MPEG-2. For example, a half hour show in H.264 (around 200 megabytes in size) would take around 40 minutes to upload with a high speed cable access connection.
