Payment Terms:

 

For audio post production work, we work on a quote basis.

Once the quote accepted, the payment terms are 50% before the start of the project and 50% after approval by the client

Due to the nature of the service, once a signed contracted has been submitted by the customer and work has begun, refunds will not be available.  However, if you feel your situation warrants special consideration, refunds may be available at the discretion of management.
